When my son and I moved to Geneva, NY in September, we asked for a painting bid on the old Victorian house we had just purchased, left untended for who-knows-how-many years. Brennan Home Painting, Jim Brennan Brennan the owners, came promptly out and gave us what we considered a very reasonable estimate compared to the other estimates we received! We told them we’d get back to them in the spring. The insurance company begged to differ, refusing to insure a house with so much raw wood exposed to another winter. We called Brennan Home Painting in a panic. Jim worked our cry for help into their busy schedule, and despite adverse weather, within 3 weeks our three-story relic was scraped, primed and looking more spectacular than I would have believed! Jim are fast, neat, and extremely professional! They will finish the job in the spring. But for now the insurance company is satisfied, the house has taken a deep calming breath, and we are very impressed at the service we have received. Last week, Jim Brennan Brennan re-stained an extensive portion of our log home, soffits, and fascia. Some areas had not seen stain in some time and required special attention. And some of the elevations and unusual rooflines posed challenges.
In a remarkably short time, Jim completed the work to our full satisfaction! Excellent quality for a great price.
