Painting process

Our process starts with a FREE ESTIMATE to go over the work, materials, cost and time to complete your job. Once we agree to the painting and (or) restoration services we will begin with the prep work. Prep work is the most important area in working on any home. Scraping and sanding areas that need attention, caulking all areas that need sealing from the elements is crucial to the longevity of any job. Before the prime and final finish coats are applied we make sure the prep work is done efficiently. This is a must!

A good exterior paint is 100% acrylic latex (which has 3 components pigments, binders and solvents) and we use only high quality paint. We prep the house by sanding, scrapping, patching and caulking the areas that need attention. We always put on the finishing touches to make sure everything is covered.

    We help you choose the type of paint (Matte, Matte Enamel, Satin, Eggshell, Semi-gloss, Gloss Paint) that best suits the room and it’s use. We prepare the room (primer, surface preparation, spackling) to help you get the long-lasting results you want. We paint ceilings, walls, doors, windows, woodwork and floors.

    Staining of your deck, floors or home is one of our specialties. We make sure we prepare the surface before staining so that you can get the best and longest lasting stain possible.   • Pressure washing / Power washing
    Pressure washing relies on force where Power washing relies on both heat and force. Power washing is great for killing weeds and moss, or removing mildew and mold and are better for larger jobs. Pressure washing is a great solution for cleaning masonry surfaces, brick and concrete. When there is no mold or ground dirt present, pressure washing provides a better cleaning solution.
