After my father moved into assisted living last year we decided to put our family home of almost 60 years in the Park Ave. neighborhood up for sale. Although my folks had done some wonderful things to the house in their time there, they were way behind on painting. Both on the outside and the interior. Jim of Brennan Home Painting had done a wondeful job painting our home in Brighton 2 years ago so I called them to address the issues for the interior and exterior of my families home. The transformation both for the inside and the outside was amazing and the neighbors, realtors, and potential buyers have been quick to say so as well. Jim dealt with peeling paint and an unfortunate color left from the last paint job[about 12 years ago] missing shingles and a very narrow alley between 77 and the house next door as well as some blistering hot weather. As usual the creativity and quality of their work was top notch. The next owner of the house will be very lucky to acquire it with such a beautiful paint job inside and out!
