2023 update: We had the extreme pleasure of welcoming Jim back to our home to do more exterior painting this year. He once again provided us with a wonderful, professional experience all while communicating about the job every step of the way. He explains his work in ways that are easy to understand and involves us in the process so we feel comfortable about each decision point. His customer service, knowledge, and skills are unrivaled. We can’t wait to have him back for more projects!

2022: Jim went above and beyond to help us start the daunting process of painting our house. It was a big task as it hadn’t been painted in quite some time and was in rough shape. Jim was quick to return our initial call, upfront about how soon he could start, clear about costs, and listened to all of our concerns. Jim’s specialty, aside from his incredible painting skills, is his communication. He takes the time to explain all issues he sees during the initial visit, but also continues to communicate throughout the process, letting us know about any issues that came up as he found them. Jim was direct about what he needed from us and very flexible in working around our availability, weather, and his schedule. I can’t recommend Jim enough and will absolutely be working with him again in the future.
