When my son and I moved to Geneva, NY in September, we asked for a painting bid on the old Victorian house we had just purchased, left untended for who-knows-how-many years. Brennan Home Painting, Jim Brennan Brennan the owners, came promptly out and gave us what we considered a very reasonable estimate compared to the other estimates we received! We told them we’d get back to them in the spring. The insurance company begged to differ, refusing to insure a house with so much raw wood exposed to another winter. We called Brennan Home Painting in a panic. Jim worked our cry for help into their busy schedule, and despite adverse weather, within 3 weeks our three-story relic was scraped, primed and looking more spectacular than I would have believed! Jim are fast, neat, and extremely professional! They will finish the job in the spring. But for now the insurance company is satisfied, the house has taken a deep calming breath, and we are very impressed at the service we have received.
